Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

At Talking Bhagavad Gita (TBG), we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund or return, this policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Before Order Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team at store@talkingbhagvadgita.in with your order details.
1.2 After Order Dispatch:
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. You may refer to the Return Policy for further options.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds process: The refund process shall be initiated only after the package is physically received back at the company.
- Canceled orders before dispatch.
- Orders returned due to incorrect, defective, or damaged products.
2.2 Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after the request is approved.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- For International refund, all shipping cost will be bourne by the customer.
2.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Items not eligible for return (as mentioned below).
3. Return Policy
3.1 Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Returns requested within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Images of the product and packaging (in case of damage or defect).
- Once approved, a return authorization will be provided, along with instructions for returning the product.
3.3 Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all accessories and packaging materials.
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
- Products damaged due to customer negligence.
4. Replacement Policy
- In cases of defective or damaged products, we will offer a replacement if the same product is available.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
5. Shipping Charges for Returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
