• Domestic Shipping (Within India): We deliver to all major cities, towns, and remote locations across India.
• International Shipping: International shipping cost is calculated on the basis of delivery location. And is charged to the customer on actual basis.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Time: 3-4 business days
• Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
• Other Locations: 5–10 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination, courier services, and external factors such as weather or government regulations.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, size of the package, and delivery location.
• Free shipping is offered for orders exceeding 3000 INR in India, or as per the promotions on the website.
• Any applicable taxes or duties will be included in the total cost displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.
• You can also track your order through the courier partner’s website or contact our support team for assistance.

5. Delivery Attempt

• Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your order.
• If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional charges.

6. Package Inspection

• We ensure that all orders are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch.
• Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damages. If you notice any issues, do not accept the package and contact our customer support immediately.

7. Undeliverable Packages

• If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to us.
• Refunds for undelivered packages will exclude shipping charges.
